These terms govern access to the public PayStar website operated by Public Bridge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“PayStar”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website information only
The website describes PayStar’s operating model, public API contract, content and contact routes. It does not itself create a merchant account, process a payment or replace a signed merchant agreement, provider agreement, service level agreement, data processing agreement or implementation specification.
No provider approval or payment outcome guarantee
Provider availability, onboarding, processing, settlement, currencies, limits and commercial terms depend on the merchant context and the relevant PSP agreement. A catalogue entry, technical connector, Discovery Report or routing policy does not guarantee provider approval, route availability, conversion or settlement.
Permitted use
You may access and use the website for lawful business evaluation, integration planning and general information. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse public downloads, introduce malicious material, misrepresent your relationship with PayStar, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Public API materials
Public API documentation and downloadable examples describe a baseline contract. Merchant-specific credentials, capabilities, required fields, routes and limits must be confirmed during onboarding. Do not place credentials, card data or personal information in public examples, source control, URLs or support messages.
Intellectual property
The website, PayStar brand, original text, graphics and documentation are owned by or licensed to Public Bridge LLC. You may use public documentation internally to evaluate or implement an authorised integration. No other licence is granted except as required by law or agreed in writing.
Third-party services and links
The website links to PSPs, communication providers, social networks and booking services that PayStar does not control. Their availability, content, security and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep public information current, but route and provider conditions can change. We may update or remove website content without notice. Material commercial, security or operational commitments must be confirmed in signed documents rather than inferred from general website copy.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general business information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Public Bridge LLC disclaims implied warranties relating to the public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on website content or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
