ABOUT PAYSTAR

A technical and operational layer between merchants and PSPs.

PayStar helps payment teams find relevant routes, connect providers and operate payment flows without hiding the underlying commercial relationships.

The product is organised around one job: move from a market payment requirement to a connected, observable and manageable production route.

01

Discover

Research and qualify routes for the merchant context, compare requirements and create a path from shortlist to provider introduction.

02

Connect

Expose supported provider capabilities through one extensible contract while preserving original PSP context.

03

Operate

Give teams tools for routing, monitoring, investigation, escalation, reconciliation and expected-settlement control.

[02] what paystar does not replace

What PayStar does not replace

PayStar is not presented as a bank, acquirer, PSP or holder of merchant funds. Merchants contract directly with providers; those providers process and settle according to their agreements.

[03] who the operating model serves

Who the operating model serves

Business leaders need manageable growth and reduced provider dependency. Payment managers need launchable routes. Developers need one contract. Support needs complete context. Finance needs explainable reconciliation. Operations needs one loop instead of fragmented tools.
