Find payments by customer or payment profile

Customers and Customer Profile went live on 15 September 2026. Each payment is now linked to a customer, so you can filter payments by customer or by a specific payment profile, such as one card.

What changed

  1. Existing customer. Each payment is checked. If the customer is already in the database, the payment is linked to that customer record.
  2. New customer. If the customer is not yet in the database, a customer record is created and the payment is linked to it.
  3. Past three months. The same processing has been applied to all payments from the past three months, as well as new payments.
  4. Practical use. Filter payments by customer to review their payment history, or narrow the results to a payment profile, for example one card.

Planned next

  1. A customer list in a separate report and a dedicated customer analytics report are planned for future updates.

Save filter presets and configure the filter panel

You can now save frequently used filter combinations, arrange filters in the order you need and hide fields that are not relevant to your work.

Save a preset

Select the filters you need, click Save preset, enter a name and confirm it. Open Presets to apply the saved combination again.

Change the filter order

Open Settings and drag fields by the handle to place the most useful filters first.

Hide unused filters

Pin the fields you want to keep on the panel and unpin the rest. Use Pin all, Unpin all or Reset to default settings for bulk changes.

Hide columns and put them in the right order

Tables now have column settings. Use the icon in the table header to keep only the columns you need and arrange them in a convenient order.

Open column settings

Click the settings icon on the right side of the table header.

Choose visible columns

Use the checkmarks next to column names to show or hide them.

Drag columns by the handle and arrange them in the sequence that works for you.
